PIPTIM · ALWAYS ON TOP
The most-used short interval there is. One button and the five minutes are running.
Tap the time to change it
The hard part of a five-minute break is not measuring it — it is coming back. When a quick break turns into twenty minutes, it is usually not because no timer was set, but because the timer ended up behind another window.
The PiP window leaves the browser and floats above everything else. Whether you switch tabs or start a video, the remaining time stays in view, which makes the end of the break hard to miss.
Stretching, steeping tea, settling in before a meeting, and the short break in a pomodoro all live at this length. To repeat work and rest automatically, use the pomodoro cycle.
