1. Purpose

These terms describe the conditions for using PipTim and the responsibilities of its operator and users.

2. Service

The service provides countdown, Focus Cycle, stopwatch, Picture-in-Picture, notifications and Screen Wake Lock. Some features may be unavailable depending on browser support, operating system or user settings.

3. User responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully and must not disrupt its operation or compromise its security. Use a dedicated device or an additional reminder for critical schedules, medical needs, safety tasks or legal deadlines.

4. Changes and interruptions

The operator may change or temporarily suspend parts of the service for improvements, maintenance, technical issues or events beyond reasonable control. Material changes will be announced in advance when practical.

5. Limitation of liability

This service is a general productivity aid. Browser power-saving policies, device shutdown, network problems or notification permissions may delay or interrupt timers and alerts. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by these external factors.

6. Advertising and external services

The service may include third-party advertising or links. Each third party's own terms and privacy policy apply to those services.
